Righteousness, God’s Right Hand

Righteousness, God’s Right Hand

Have you ever felt alone in your spiritual struggles? At times the path and journey through this world are filled with unending voices, paths, trials and overwhelming obstacles. Only through Jesus Christ our Redeemer and Savior do we obtain at-onement with God the Father, enabling and empowering us to navigate life’s challenges with His peace and love.

Through the presence and guidance of His Holy Spirit dwelling withing us, we find strength in our battles, knowing we are never alone. Our faith is deepened and our experience of life in this world is transformed into the Life “Capital L”, with Him who is “The” LIFE.

Jesus, who is the Way, the Truth and the Life is there waiting for us to call on Him. Waiting for us to reach out, trust and let Him guide us…every hour of every day. When we fully surrender ourselves unto Him, He who surrendered Himself as sacrifice for each one of us,with unconditional love and compassion, as His blood was shed for us at Calvary, our path is solidified and made straight and true in knowing that If God/Jesus Christ is for me who/or what can be against me? Psalm 73:26 KJV “My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.” …. Within Isaiah 41:10 KJV : “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.” Also, in Matthew 27:35 KJV ” And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

So what does all of this have to do with righteousness? God’s Righteousness? The Right Hand? For we are told in the Word of God “There is no one righteous, not even one.” Rom 3:10 KJV. There in lies the answer. No one, No one except Jesus Christ. He who sits at the Right Hand of GOD Almighty is Righteousness. God’s Righteousness. He and He alone allows us to walk in that Path of Righteousness as Psalm 23 states, ..”You lead me in the path of Righteousness for your Name Sake (Jesus Christ).”

Why should we seek and cherish the Righteousness of God in Jesus Christ? So we can not only lavishly experience the redeeming power of Jesus and the Totality of all He is in all aspects of our life, but also be an image bearing ambassador to share it with others. It is not only our blessing to do so, but also our duty.

He who is the Right Hand and Righteousness of God, Jesus Christ is the Divine Authority of God’s transformational Grace through His shed blood and the finished works of Calvary. This profound truth calls us as believers and followers to embrace a life sealed by redemption and hope, as we recognize the unending power of Jesus the Christ. We explore the mysteries of the birth and the life of Jesus Christ the Son of God (fully God) who was also the Son of Man (fully man). While being tempted by Satan for 40 days and nights in the desert He overcame those temptations and Satan by proclaiming and rebuking him by God’s Holy Word. Satan had no power over God’s Word and Truth. As proclaimed in John 1:1 KJV “In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God. ..Not one thing came into being that was not created by Him…” He who is the Word proclaiming the Word.

God’s Holy Word reveals the depths of His love, His power and the promise of salvation and restoration by the blood of Jesus Christ and yes His righteousness, for all those who seek Him.

In conclusion, God’s Righteousness is Jesus Christ. Our life, path, way, hope, eternity in Him not only makes clear and right the way of the hour and the day, but defines who we are on it. Amen!

God Bless & Keep You.
